I'm Leica Florian Robert, a Web & Mobile Developer: I build full stack, design interfaces (UI and UX) and teach web technologies. I'm a big fan of computing and technology.

I started programming self-taught at 20, in 2009, with a Visual Basic application for the Order of Engineers of the Province of Potenza, built for Tecnobit. No courses, just a few tips from a friend: the rest was documentation, trial and error. I wanted to understand how the web works and, sooner or later, be part of it.
Piece by piece, that curiosity became a trade. I tested myself on bigger and bigger projects, up to co-founding a software house and leading, as CTO, the technical side of a web agency: Laravel and Node.js backends, Vue and Nuxt interfaces, mobile apps. I made mistakes along the way, and every one taught me something no manual explains.
I learned on my own, and that's why I know how much it matters to have someone who explains things well. For almost three years, from 2021 to 2024, I trained Full Stack developers at Boolean Careers, teaching them what they need to really do the job. Explaining forced me to understand everything all the way down, and made me a better developer.
Today I work as a developer and keep watching where technology is going. Above all AI, which is changing how people work in many fields. To me it's a tool like any other, and like every good tool it makes many things simpler: I use it every day like a tireless colleague that writes and checks code under my direction.
